Menopause Care Collective

The Menopause Care Collective Menopause is a whole-body transition that deserves comprehensive, whole-body care. The Menopause Care Collective is an integrative clinic dedicated to supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond using a collaborative, four-pillar model. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, our team works together to address the interconnected hormonal, physical, and emotional shifts of midlife. Our integrated approach combines six essential modalities to support your health from every angle: Naturopathic Medicine & Functional Nutrition: Supporting hormone balance, metabolism, and energy through individualized medical and nutritional care. Psychotherapy: Addressing mood changes, anxiety, and the significant identity shifts that often accompany this life stage. Pilates Movement Therapy: Focusing on functional strength, mobility, and posture to build long-term physical resilience. Massage Therapy & Matrix Repatterning: Working synergistically to reduce pain, regulate the nervous system, and release deep structural restrictions within the fascial system. By bridging these disciplines, we move away from isolated treatments and toward a unified, personalized care plan. We believe that menopause is not a decline, but a transformation—and our mission is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered to thrive throughout the journey. Ready to start your journey? How Our Integrative Clinic Works

The Menopause Care Collective offers a flexible, multi-pillar approach to midlife wellness.

You have the freedom to book individual services with specific practitioners or collaborate with our entire team for a coordinated, comprehensive care plan.

1. Monthly Collaborative Clinics:

Once a month, our full team of experts gathers for a high-impact, integrative clinic. This is the ideal time to experience the synergy of our collaborative model in a single afternoon.

When: One Saturday per month | 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Upcoming Dates: June 20th

Location: In-person at Maple Grove Chiropractic or virtually (service dependent).

2. Care on Your Schedule:

You don’t have to wait for a clinic day to get started. We offer two flexible ways to manage your health:

The Hybrid Path: Start with a Saturday collaborative clinic and transition to follow-up care at the practitioner’s primary location.

The Private Path: Book directly with your chosen practitioner at any time for private, one-on-one sessions outside of clinic dates.

The Private Path: Individual Care on Your Schedule

Want to see one of us outside of our monthly collective clinic dates? You can book private, one-on-one sessions directly with your chosen practitioner at any time. Please note that each practitioner manages their own calendar, location, and billing independently.

Investment and Insurance Coverage

Will my insurance cover these services?

Yes, in many cases! Most of our services are eligible for coverage through Extended Health Care Benefits in Ontario. Because our team consists of fully registered and licensed professionals, you can typically submit your receipts for reimbursement under the following categories:

  • Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) – Covered under Massage Therapy
  • Matrix Repatterning – Often covered under Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) benefits when performed by Christine
  • Naturopathic Medicine – Covered under Naturopathy
  • Psychotherapy – Covered under Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Social Work benefits
  • Pilates Movement Therapy – May be covered under Physiotherapy benefits depending on your specific plan coverage [1]
Please check your individual workplace benefits plan to confirm your specific coverage details and limits.

Payment & Billing Details
  • Independent Billing: Each practitioner manages their own individual billing and scheduling.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept Cash, Cheque, or E-transfer (specific methods may vary slightly by practitioner).

Please Note (Pay & Submit Policy):
Our practitioners do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of their appointment. You will receive an official, itemized receipt containing your practitioner’s specific registration number, which you can submit directly to your extended health provider for prompt reimbursement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Navigating this transition is easier with the right information. We’ve gathered answers to your most common questions to help you feel confident in your care.

We treat menopause as a whole-body transition rather than a set of isolated symptoms. Our four-pillar model ensures your hormonal, emotional, structural, and metabolic health are supported collaboratively through a unified lens, ensuring your care plans complement one another.

Not at all. The perimenopause transition can begin years before your final period. Whether you are experiencing subtle shifts in sleep or mood, or more significant physical changes, starting early helps build the foundation needed to navigate this transition with comfort.

To help you get started, we invite you to complete our Client Assessment and Triage Survey. This initial tool allows us to understand your primary concerns and health goals before your first visit. Based on your responses, we can suggest an optimal starting point within our four-pillar model, ensuring you connect with the appropriate care from day one.

Many private insurance and workplace benefit plans provide coverage for our team of registered professionals, which may include Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Massage Therapists, Registered Psychotherapists, and Registered Dietitians. Because every insurance policy is unique, we highly recommend checking with your specific provider to confirm your coverage details. We provide detailed receipts with all necessary registration numbers for your reimbursement claims.

With your  consent, our practitioners communicate to ensure their respective treatment plans align with your overall wellness goals. By sharing clinical insights and coordinating our efforts, we ensure your care is cohesive and focused on your total well-being.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive review of your health history and current symptoms. Rather than a quick fix, we work with you to outline a coordinated path forward that respects your physical, metabolic, and emotional landscape.

Yes. To ensure our care fits into your schedule, we offer virtual sessions for Naturopathic Medicine, Psychotherapy, and Functional Nutrition. For Pilates Movement Therapy, we typically begin with an in-person assessment to evaluate alignment, with the option to transition to online sessions. Registered Massage Therapy and Matrix Repatterning remain exclusively in-person experiences to provide hands-on structural support.
